Framework Provider for Meter Operator (MOP) Data Collection/Data Aggregator (DC/DA) and associated services: • maintaining SWS's private meter portfolio; • fault resolution for metering issues; • installation of new meters/re-certification to meet legislative and SWS requirements; • scheduling of site visits for metering faults and manual meter reads; • Data Collector (DC) and Data Aggregator (DA) services for SWS and SWS's nominated electricity suppliers; • associated energy efficiency/optimisation services/innovation (including Project Management); • other general MOP services.

Southern Water Services Ltd (SWS) requires a MOCOPA and Elexon Registered Meter Operator (MOP) to become a framework provider to provide services to our ever changing portfolio of currently 2 500+ meters which consists of Half Hourly (HH), Non Half Hourly (NHH) Automated Meter Reading (AMR) meters (current 'dumb' meters are not included in the scope).
