Key priorities are given to improving the environment for our residents. Closure of facilities: There may be occasions whereby a facility shall be closed for a period, for example due to vandalism, refurbishment or devolution. If the number of weeks each facility is closed exceeds 4 weeks, then the service provider shall reduce the cost for cleaning that facility by the amount required to cover the cost of consumables and cleaning to the service provider. The annual cost would be pro-rata according to the number of weeks closed from the end of the fourth closed week until the facility re-opens. This shall apply for up to a maximum of one facility in each area (High Wycombe, Amersham, Aylesbury) per year for the first two years of contract.
