Description

Sage is looking to establish a DPS to deliver defect rectification repairs, where these cannot or have not been completed by the developer. Sage will be the only purchasing organisation to utilise the DPS.

Repair and maintenance of electrical installations. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required.
2 Plumbing works

Plumbing repair and maintenance work. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required.
3 Drainage works

Drainage maintenance works. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required.
4 Heating / Hot Water Works

Repair and maintenance works to heating and hot water systems in residential properties. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required.
5 Multi-trade Works

Multi-trade contracts and works including but not limited to carpentry, plastering, decorating, groundworks, brickworks, etc. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required.

Renewal Options

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend or shorten the DPS duration.
