Quotes are being sought by South Islay Development (SID) for the provision of a Design Team (comprising Architectural, QS & Structural Engineering Support) for the building of a Community Hub, alongside associated road, parking and external infrastructure, through RIBA Stage 4 to project completion. It is anticipated that the team procured will be Architect led.

Renewal Options

Extensions may be granted due to timescale slippages as the project progresses.
