Senior Leadership Development Programme In our ambition to deliver our refreshed 5 year trust strategy we do have a clear understanding of the words of Peter Drucker "Culture eats Strategy for Breakfast". So key to the delivery of our strategy is a full programme of Culture Transformation work of which Senior Leadership Development is one. Therefore, we are looking to partner with a preeminent leadership development provider to deliver rigorous support and challenge in developing our population of circa 50 senior leaders in a 12-15 month programme. The Trust are looking to work with the market to understand how effectively and efficiently a Development Programme for our senior leadership team to support in embedding and developing the Trusts New strategy Please see attached strategy
