The NHS Shared Services Partnership hosted by Velindre are acting on behalf of the Cardiff & Vale University Local Health Board Capital and Estates department wish to inform the market of their intention to award a contract for the Provision of Software licencing and Support for their closed protocol bespoke Estate Management system for a three year period commencing June 21.

Legal Justification

The Capital and Estates department within Cardiff and Vale UHB currently use bespoke software system to enable them to function and undertake estate maintenance requests including statutory compliance services provided by MICAD. This requirement is additional and compatible with existing system, non-provision of this service would disrupt core estate statutory compliance management in particular asbestos management and the estates helpdesk which could potentially breach HSE.
