Homes England is seeking to deliver a 500 residential unit, older persons care facility, local centre and all the associated infrastructure including green space across this 20.47ha (14.14ha net) site on Tutbury Road, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire. \r \r In order to assist with this, Homes England wished to appoint a Property Consultant to support the Tutbury Road Project Team by providing property agent advice in relation to the disposal of the site to ensure delivery of the following: - \r \r • a quality residential development that respects strong place making principals, \r • meet the criteria for Building for a Healthy Life and Building with Nature accreditation,\r • achieve policy compliant affordable housing and biodiversity net gain; and\r
