Description
We have a requirement for high resolution satellite imaging services for a pilot agricultural surveillance project covering multiple areas of England between 30th June 2021 and 31st March 2022. Supplier must be able to provide streaming satellite imagery within 48 hours of data acquisition. Daily routine coverage at a resolution of 3m GSD or better is required for the whole of England with the ability to stream images through ESRI's ArcGIS Online portal. We will need to be able to filter imagery by date easily to view in AGOL web maps in both true colour and FCNIR rendering. In addition we will need to have the ability occasionally to download images in order to perform further in-house analysis. It will also be a requirement to be able to schedule at short notice satellite data capture at better than 1 metre resolution that will be made available to visualise and analyse within 48 hrs of acquisition. Anticipating approximately 20 collects, each of approximately 25kmsq. We will need to be able to share the images throughout DEFRA and be able to share screenshot (not georeferenced) images of the data with relevant stakeholders.
