Provision of a customer online self-serve portal. This is a forms-based web portal and mobile app where customers can request services from Southend-on-Sea Borough Council. Customers can receive updates for certain services and can view their council tax and benefits payments, previous service requests and bookings. The service team are also able to view forms in progress, review tickets that have been raised by users and amend specific cases where needed.
