Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) supported NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I) (‘the Commissioner’), to open up the second opportunity (Window 2) to identify and engage with providers who carry out Lived Experience services. For this framework in particular, the Commissioner seeks to work with those who support persons, and/or their families and carers, who have come in to contact with the health and justice sector (or might be at particular risk of in the future) and/or armed forces sector.
Lot Division
1 | Health and Justice Sector Lot 1 of this framework will be used by the Health and Justice sector to obtain service provision in the future via ‘call-offs’. It is anticipated that ‘call-offs’ (mini-competitions and direct awards, where allowed) would be undertaken to engage the relevant approved providers on the framework in order to provide specific services required by the Commissioner as and when required. These ‘call-offs’ would include further descriptions of the exact services to be commissioned. |
2 | Armed Forces Sector Lot 2 of this framework will be used by the Health and Justice sector to obtain service provision in the future via ‘call-offs’. It is anticipated that ‘call-offs’ (mini-competitions and direct awards, where allowed) would be undertaken to engage the relevant approved providers on the Framework in order to provide specific services required by the Commissioner as and when required. These ‘call-offs’ would include further descriptions of the exact services to be commissioned. |
3 | Sexual Assault Services Lot 3 of this framework will be used by the Health and Justice sector to obtain service provision in the future via ‘call-offs’. It is anticipated that ‘call-offs’ (mini-competitions and direct awards, where allowed) would be undertaken to engage the relevant approved providers on the Framework in order to provide specific services required by the Commissioner as and when required. These ‘call-offs’ would include further descriptions of the exact services to be commissioned. |
4 | Children and Young Person’s Services Lot 4 of this framework will be used by the Health and Justice sector to obtain service provision in the future via ‘call-offs’; It is anticipated that ‘call-offs’ (mini-competitions and direct awards, where allowed) would be undertaken to engage the relevant approved providers on the Framework in order to provide specific services required by the Commissioner as and when required. These ‘call-offs’ would include further descriptions of the exact services to be commissioned. |
