Description

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint suitably experienced and competent Supplier to provide a comprehensive Fire Alarm Maintenance Service throughout the Trust estate. The estate includes a number of acute hospitals, in addition to offices, warehouses and residential accommodation.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Trust requires a comprehensive Fire Alarm System Maintenance service to be provided within the acute hospitals (Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital), health care buildings and residential properties owned and/or managed by the Trust’s Estates Department.

Renewal Options

A total 24 month extension option period applies. The duration of each extension period taken within this 24 months shall not be less than 6 months, but it is likely to be extended in 12 monthly increments.
