The aim of the research is to design, undertake and report on 'in journey' customer insight to gain a customer perspective of major scheme roadworks on the strategic road network on an ongoing, monthly basis. The purpose of the research is to provide project teams with data and recommendations, that are used to drive improvements on individual schemes in order to increase customer satisfaction of roadworks
