Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of QE Facilities Limited, wishes to establish a framework of contractors capable of delivering Civil and Infrastructure schemes within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. The framework will cover, all types Civil and Infrastructure schemes. It is proposed that the term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from November 2021. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. It is anticipated that this lot will cover, all types of Public Sector Civil and Infrastructure schemes greater than £30,000,000 in value
