Description

This Pre-Market Engagement (PME) is being undertaken by Walsall Council to obtain the views and assess the interest of potential contractors on the procurement process and possible future strategy for the construction of a new HWRC and WTS and redevelopment of an existing HWRC.

Total Quantity or Scope

Walsall Council is looking for suitably qualified contractors to complete the design and build of a HWRC and a WTS at Middlemore Lane, Aldridge and the redevelopment of the existing site at Fryers Road, Bloxwich into a larger HWRC. The Council has purchased 14.7 acres of land at Middlemore Lane, Aldridge to develop the new "super" HWRC and WTS.
