Description
Procurement of a system integrator and human capital management software solution.
Total Quantity or Scope
Southern Water will shortly be tendered to obtain competitive proposals from System Integrators (SI) for the provision of Human Capital Management and Payroll (HCM) solution and delivery. The system Integrator is to provide a proposal on behalf of themselves and a chosen HCM Software Vendor of their choice. SWS will look to enter into separate agreements with both the SI and the software Vendor. The services of the Human Capital Management (HCM) solution will require a System Integrator to assist SWS with the phased delivery of the vision from its project delivery Planning and kick-off through all the project delivery stages to support handover.
