Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of X Vault & X Porter Reporting for 447 Birmingham City Councils School Management Information Systems. The X porter application provides an interface with School Management Information Systems to enable the automated collection of Pupil Data for 447 schools. This data is then securely sent to X Vault and can then be analysed using a variety of education Reports within the X Vault Reporting Tool that provides insights on attendance data, Exclusions and many other pertinent school data. This in turn assists the Council in meeting its statutory reporting and management requirements and supports safeguarding for children. This contract will be for a period of 3 year, commencing 01/04/2021 until 31/03/2024. This contract will not be automatically renewed on an after the initial 3-year term, performance of the provider to meet agreed SLA's and KPI's will be rigorously monitored throughout the term. The Council will reserve the right to Terminate for convenience (as detailed in BCC's standard Terms & Conditions).
