Name: Joint - Gas Services with follow on Repair Works & Replacements, Voids, Reactive Repairs and Adhoc boiler and full system Renewal Contract 2021 – 2026 with Molendinar, Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations - The Clients (hereafter named as ‘The Clients’) Nature: Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc boiler and full system renewal. The successful contractor will enter into three (3) separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent. Location: Molendinar, Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations existing and any new stock.

Total Quantity or Scope

Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-Hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal Contract to approximately 2964 (gas) dwellings for The Clients in total (individual broken down below) Molendinar Housing Association 463 (gas) dwellings Milnbank Housing Association 1644 (gas) dwellings Reidvale Housing Association 857 (gas) dwe The Clients wishes to enter into a Measured-Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with an organisation/supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal. The MTCA for Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-Hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal will be for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for multiple three (3) single one-year periods solely at individual The Clients discretion

Renewal Options

The Contract term will be for an initial 3 year period which an option of a further 3 x single year extension to a maximum of 6 years. The decision to award the contract extension will be at the discretion of the clients and will be on the basis of one year increments.
