Development and implementation of a 'Service Quality Regime' to help manage station and fleet assets across the Southeastern operating network. Scope of services include (but are not limited to): • register build — identification, mapping and registration of fleet and station assets; • initial benchmarking — conduct initial audit of station and fleet assets; • ongoing auditing and reporting — continuous monitoring of station and fleet assets in accordance with protocols established at benchmarking stage.
