Description

The London Borough of Redbridge (LBR) will be seeking suitably qualified highways and civil engineering companies to deliver its Highways and Street Lighting Services. The current contract covers: Civil Engineering and Highway Maintenance, Carriageway Treatments, Public Lighting and Testing. The new provision will be split by discipline, in order to address critical success factors such as: innovation, potential in-sourcing of specific services in future; increased Social Value provision; minimised requirement for subcontracting; and consistent provision of service across the borough.
