Description
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets intend to enter into a contract with Relovision Limited. The service is to provide a regular, ad- hoc and emergency maintenance service for CCTV equipment and visual display equipment across the Council, including public space CCTV, Parks CCTV and Communications visual display equipment. This contract combines maintenance service requirements for public space CCTV, Parks CCTV and Communications visual display equipment.
Total Quantity or Scope
The service is to provide regular maintenance, installation, and fault repair services across the council's CCTV network. This includes preventative maintenance.

Legal Justification
This award is lawful in accordance with regulation 32(2)(b)(II) because competition is absent for technical reasons. The Council operates an analogue CCTV system which will be replaced when it moves to its new premises. The Economic Operator is the only company that can provide maintenance and support for the council's current analogue CCTV infrastructure. The contract will be awarded for 2 years (1 + 1 ).
