Description
Belfast Harbour Commissioners (BHC) requires the supply of electricity to the Meter Point Reference Numbers (MPRNs) located throughout the Belfast Harbour Estate from time to time. In order to satisfy the pre-qualification requirements of this tender process and be shortlisted for tender stage, bidders must, at the date specified for return of the PQQ, hold a licence to supply electricity under the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992. BHC has structured this tender in four lots: (a) lot 1 - non-renewable supply (2 year contract); (b) lot 2 - 100% renewable supply (2 year contract); (c) lot 3 - non-renewable supply (3 year contract); and (d) lot 4 - 100% renewable supply (3 year contract). BHC will only award a single contract for one of the lots. The choice as to which lot BHC shall award a contract for will be made as described in the procurement documents. The estimated total value below is based on the full potential duration of the contract i.e. a potential 3 year contract.
