Description

To provide tenancy sustainment services to Almond Tenants having difficulty managing their home.

Total Quantity or Scope

Almond Housing Association (‘AHA’, ‘the Association’) is seeking to procure a tenancy sustainment service to operate from it’s offices in Etive Walk, Livingston. This exercise will select suitable service providers for a period of three and a half years, commencing 6th September 2021 until 31st March 2025.

Renewal Options

Case load expected to be around 120 per year. Any tender must consider how to price potential increase above this greater than 10%.
