Other Information
** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The Contracting Authority anticipates that up to 18 Appliances may be ordered during the first year of the Framework, however this is subject to both availability of funding and supply lead times. As part of the Tender, the Tenderer must advise of the lead time to delivery of this quantity of Appliances assuming that an order could be placed in early July 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, in submitting a Tender, the Tenderer understands and accepts that the Contracting Authority does not bind itself to ordering any particular quantity of Appliances, shall not be liable to the Tenderer in respect of any commitments it may make until or unless a specific order for a specific number of Appliances is placed and then only in respect of that number, and that the potential value of the framework is given only as an indication of what may be required should full funding be available for this requirement over the period of the Framework (SC Ref:659861)
