This Prior Information Notice is in relation to the renewal framework for Library Books, Educational Textbooks & Multimedia Supplies. The anticipated scope of materials covered under the renewal may include, but not be limited to LibraryBooks, Educational Textbooks & Multimedia Supplies. This will replace the existing framework expiring on 31.01.2022. The renewal may be wider in scope, structure, and operation to reflect market changes. The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the products and services currently available in the marketplace and options regarding the structure of the procurement and the anticipated direction of future market development.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Scotland Excel envisages publishing a future tendering opportunity on behalf of the 32 local authorities in Scotland, together with any Integration Authority or other body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014. At this stage, there is an opportunity for interested parties to meet with Scotland Excel to discuss the upcoming framework. We would like to invite suppliers to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual meeting. Meeting slots will be available on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th July 2021. Meetings will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and will take place via Microsoft Teams or by Telephone as Scotland Excel staff are currently working from home in line with Scottish Government Guidance re the ongoing pandemic.
