This contract is for the purchase (as detailed herewith, and in the related Information Memorandum and Pre-Qualification documentation available on request to applicants following receipt of electronic expressions of interest sent to the contact point detailed in Annex A III, and in subsequent Invitation to Tender documentation) Design and build of a new School at 112 Victoria Rise, Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim. The new school will be a part 2 storey and part 3 storey school complex with a gross internal floor Area of 10 314 m2 within the existing school site. The new facility will provide a education provision across the age spectrum (12-18 years).

No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting framework agreement or contract indeed there is no guarantee that any framework agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc will be paid if a contract or framework agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Economic Operators should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position.
