Description

The Association of North East Councils Limited trading as the North East ProcurementOrganisation (NEPO) is seeking tenders for a Meter Operator. Suppliers will be required to provide, install, register and maintain Half Hourly (HH) electricity meters. The framework agreement will also be available for national use. Suppliers must also ensure adherence to current licensing and accredications. The framework will also include the provision for ancillary services.

Total Quantity or Scope

NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this framework agreement. The opportunity can be accessed via the OPEN portal. The framework agreement is for the provision of a meter operator required to provide, install, register and maintain Half Hourly (HH) electricity meters. NEPO intend to award this Framework to a sole supplier.

Renewal Options

This framework agreement will be a direct replacement for the current NEPO303 Meter Operator framework and it is anticipated that the succeeding framework agreement willbe subject to future renewals. The framework contract period includes a 48 months with theoption to extend for a further 24 months.
