Description

Bron Afon is seeking to establish a multi provider multi-Lot Framework Agreement (‘Framework Agreement’) for the provision of works to supplement provision by its own direct labour organisation (‘DLO’).

Lot Division

1 General Responsive Maintenance
  • Value: £2M

Multi disciplined general responsive repair and maintenance of housing association asset base. Including but not limited to brick work, concreting, kitchen renewal and replacement and plastering.

2 Adaptations
  • Value: £900K

Provision of responsive adaptation works to housing association asset base. Including but not limited to ramps, steps, door entry systems, grab rails, plumbing, showers and bath aids.

3 Electrical Works
  • Value: £200K

Provision of specialist responsive electrical works to housing association asset base. Including but not limited to electrical accessories, earthing, volt locating, final circuits, lighting and power supplies, electric heating, testing and ventilation.

4 Gas Works Heating and Plumbing Works
  • Value: £200K

Provision of responsive Gas, Heating and Plumbing specialist works to housing association asset base. Including but not limited to boilers, cookers, heating appliances, radiators and storage tanks.

5 Roofing Works
  • Value: £120K

Provision of responsive roofing to housing association asset base. Including but not limited to chimneys, asphalt roofing, felt roofing, lead work, guttering, slate roofing , timbers, installation and flues.

6 Highway Works
  • Value: £600K

Provision of Grounds and Highway works to housing association asset base. Including but not limited to walls, brickwork, blockwork, manholes, drainage, kerbs, paths and paving, steps and stonework.

7 Door and Window Works
  • Value: £220K

Provision of reactive door & window works for the housing association asset base. Including but not limited to door frames, linings, associated ironmongery, skirtings, architraves, glazing and re-glazing.

8 Drainage and Ground Works
  • Value: £440K

Provision of reactive drainage and ground works for housing association asset base. Including but not limited to blockages, drain testing, manholes, pipe work, CCTV surveillance and inspections.

9 Voids
  • Value: £5M

Provision of multi disciplined renovation and repair works to empty dwellings acting as the primary contractor. Additional information: There is a pre requisite for this lot that the bidder is also tendering for a minimum of 1 of lots 1 to 8

10 Further Competition for requirements over 25,000GBP
  • Value: £2M

Provision of multi disciplined repair, maintenance and renovation services acting as primary contractor for projects in excess of GBP25,000. Including but not limited to projects including general building works, gas and electrical works, ground works, highway works, doors and windows, adaptations and empty property renovations. Additional information: There is a pre requisite for this lot that the bidder is also tendering for a minimum of 1 of lots 1 to 8
