Description

The works comprise of all building works necessary for the proposed roof renewal at Tyson House at Bethlem Royal Hospital, Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3BX. The works will include overlay and upgrading of the roof covering which has reached the end of its useful life. The existing covering (previously Asphalt) shall be prepared and overlaid with an elastomeric mineral felt covering including upgrade to insulation and subsequent detailing to upstands, perimeter trims etc.
