Description

SAP Concur allows our workforce to administer travel and expense claims which has been successfully utilised across the business. This system offers a slick claims process with a quick approval turnaround which allows staff to be reimbursed their expenses really efficiently. SAP grants to Customer a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Cloud Service (including its implementation and configuration), Cloud Materials and Documentation solely for Customer's and its Affiliates' internal business operations. Customer may use the Cloud Service world-wide, except Customer shall not use the Cloud Service from countries where such use is prohibited by Export Laws. Permitted uses and restrictions of the Cloud Service also apply to Cloud Materials and Documentation.

This VEAT notice is being issued to confirm NGN's requirement for extension of our current contract with SAP Concur for a 5 year period. A contract renewal will be put in place with SAP. … Although it is possible to consider other vendors, NGN would need to deploy and integrate a brand new solution and re-train all users, at significant cost. Legal Justification

Northern Gas Networks (NGN) intend to renew their SAP Concur services for a 5 year period. Without this renewal,NGN will lose access to key critical business applications. Extending provides NGN with security of supply around this critical system. With NGN's current architecture, the optimal approach is to continue using SAP products, as the alternative would be a re-implementation of new technology, need to deploy and integrate a brand new solution and re-train all users, which would be at a significant cost to NGN.
