Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils have a range of sheltered, extra sheltered accommodation, general needs and corporate properties between us. To ensure that we meet our obligations as a social landlord, we require an annual Fire Risk Assessment, Door Inspection and Fire Door Service for these properties

Babergh District Council (BDC) and Mid-Suffolk Council (MSDC) have a range of sheltered, extra sheltered accommodation, general needs and corporate properties between them and wish to appoint a Contractor to provide Fire Risk Assessment services to ensure that we meet our obligations as a social landlord.
