Norfolk County Council requires an organisation to deliver its requirements for the provision of the Master Composter and Food Savvy volunteer programmes.

Total Quantity or Scope

Norfolk County Council is seeking a provider to deliver its requirements for their Master Composter volunteer programme and administration support for the Food Savvy volunteer programme. The provider will be required to successfully run the services with the aim of reducing the amount of biodegradable waste sent for disposal. Additional information: The dates given in II.2.7 above are for the initial contract period. The Council may, at its own discretion and subject to the availability of funding, extend the contract in 12-month periods up to a maximum of a further 60 months. The maximum potential contract length will therefore be 10 years.
