Description

In 2020, The Mayor of Newham announced that the Stratford Circus building would be the London Borough of Newham's (the Council) 5th Youth Zone and will deliver its social and emotional learning youth offer via the vehicle of Creative and Performing Arts. This is a key element in the expansion of the Council's Youth Empowerment Service (YES), which is sector leading and demonstrates the priority the Council places on its young residents. The Council is seeking a cultural operator to partner with, to collaborate on programming and operational management of the Stratford Youth Zone building (formerly the Stratford Circus building).
