Description

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for multi-elemental improvement works to 102 Flats at Kings Road, Tullycarnet Flats. Multi-elemental improvement works comprise of complete external façade upgrade, refurbishment of 102 flats including alterations to 34 units to provide “active elderly” accommodation, re-design of waste disposal, clothes drying provision and improvements to common entrances and stairwells. There are a total of 102 no. dwellings in the scheme spread across a series of 2 separate complexes. The west complex, Granton Park, comprises 8 interconnected blocks and the smaller east complex, Kinross Avenue, comprises 6 interconnected blocks. All blocks comprise 3 floor levels. Both complexes were built in 1967.
