Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) and its partner councils is seeking to establish a framework to provide Multi-disciplinary support for the development of the Leeds City Region Transforming Cities and other Funded Programmes and associated packages of projects. The successful tenderer/s will Work with the Combined Authority and its partner councils to ensure that all necessary technical work and tasks are completed to enable projects to complete Business Cases aligned to the West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s Assurance Framework. To facilitate the successful delivery of £480m of interventions across Leeds City Region in line with funding requirements set out by primary funders.The Framework will consist of 2 Lots and will be for an initial two (2) year term with two 12-month optional extensions to be applied annually up to a maximum of two (2) years (maximum contract term of 4 years) with a total value range of £5m up to £20m.

The Framework will be available for the use of the CA and its partner councils, namely, The Borough Council of Calderdale, The Council of the Borough of Kirklees, The Council of the City of Wakefield, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Leeds City Council, North Yorkshire County Council, Selby District Council, Harrogate Borough Council, Craven District Council, City of York Council. Additional information: West Yorkshire Combined Authority intends to award up to the 3 top ranked suppliers to each of the Lots 1 & 2. Full details of the call-off methods can be found in the published tender documents.It is the Parties’ intention that whilst the Statement of Requirements relates mainly to the provision of Services funded with monies from the Transforming Cities Funding stream (TCF), the Combined Authority/Contracting Authorities reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to call off this Framework Agreement for any similar project(s) irrespective of whether or not they are funded internally or externally through TCF or any other funding stream(s). TCF has been used as an example funding stream in the Statement of Requirements as the initial call offs to be made under this Framework Agreement relate to TCF funded projects.
