Description
The appointed accredited Chartered Surveying firm will provide Estate Management professional services support.
The Service Provider shall deliver a professional service for a range of commercial building’s including rent reviews, lease renewals, letting, and general estate management advice to and on behalf of the Council.
General Estate Management services and advice including the delivery of rent reviews, lease renewals, letting and estate management services for commercial properties located within the West of the borough of Tower Hamlets.
The scope of commercial properties will include (but not be limited too) retail shops, offices, community buildings, buildings in parks and leisure facilities.
