Description
Provision of a comprehensive supply, temporary storage and delivery service to the Council's Housing Services and its Installation Contractors for the Supply of Domestic Condensing Boilers, Radiator Kits, Components/Spare Parts and Fitting Kits, including the removal and recycling of all packaging and pallets. Please note this is a re-advertisement of previously cancelled tender PS/21/19.
Total Quantity or Scope
The Contract will be operated on a “call-off” basis, as specific programmed and response supplies are identified as being required. The actual quantity and ratio of goods ordered under the Contracts will vary from month to month and year to year depending upon the requirements of the capital programme and the Housing Repairs Service. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 (two) 1 year periods at the sole discretion of the Council.
Renewal Options
The contract is for 5 years with the option to extend for a further two (2) one (1) year extensions.
