Description
The works comprise the annual service and maintenance to all Association owned appliances of gas heating systems and appliances following manufacturer’s requirements and shall include everything necessary for this check, including but not restricted to all labour, parts etc., of all gas installations, including appliances and flues. Also included will be the annual servicing and maintenance of unvented hot water cylinders. The pricing of the works will be on an all inclusive annual basis for all works, servicing and reactive maintenance. It is envisaged that the contract will be accepted in February 2020 with a commencement date 01 April 2020. The contract period will be for 3 years which shall commence from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance.
