The Catering Consultancy Services Framework will include but not be limited to Operational Catering Reviews, Strategic Catering Reviews, Tendering Support, Catering Capital Projects, Menu Design, Branding, Recruitment, Compliance, Contract Monitoring, Catering related IT Systems. Consultancy is required for either in-house or outsourced catering requirements for a range of institutions including but not limited to Higher Education Institutions, Further Education Colleges, Museums, Galleries, Research Institutions, Government Agencies and other cultural establishments.
