This Framework is divided into the following Lots LOT 1 – Arboricultural Services LOT 2 – Horticultural and Arboricultural Services LOT 3 – Grass Cutting Operations LOT 4 – Weed Control and Pesticide Treatment LOT 5 – Arboricultural Emergency Service 2.6 The Framework Agreement will be open to all public sector and other public bodies, such as Local Authorities, Education Establishments, Police Forces, Fire and Rescue Service, NHS Bodies, registered Charities within the following locations: London Borough of Barnet, London Borough of Enfield, London Borough of Newham, London Borough of Waltham Forest, London Borough of Redbridge, London Borough of Haringey, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, London Borough of Havering, Hertfordshire and Essex.

1 Arboricultural Services
  • Value: £2M

This service involves all aspects of Arboricultural work and especially work to trees that require climbing in order to carry out maintenance work. The majority of programmed and reactive tree pruning and felling work on the highway could be completed as part of this Lot.
2 Horticultural and Arboricultural Services
  • Value: £620K

This service involves traditional grounds maintenance activities, such as shrub and hedge pruning and also includes various tree related works, such as planting, stump removal and low branch removal that can be undertaken from ground level without the need to climb trees
3 Grass Cutting Operations
  • Value: £492K

This service involves the cutting of amenity and non-amenity grass
4 Weed Control and Pesticide Treatment
  • Value: £740K

This service includes the programmed chemical control of weeds on hard and soft surfaces
5 Arboricultural Emergency Service
  • Value: £60K

Emergency call out service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to attend tree related emergencies
