Description

The College require proposals for the provision of Car Park Management Services. The level of services required are detailed further within this specification. The College require a ‘Hybrid’ management service whereby an operator will attend site at a pre agreed time each day to manually check permits and provide guidance for any queries that arise to the Car Park users.

Total Quantity or Scope

The frequency and time of attendance will change depending on the time of year, for example in September when an influx of new students arrive on site, it is required that there be an onsite presence to assist new students with any queries they may have, this is in the interest of reducing unnecessary PCNs. The tender will be awarded for a period of 5 years (5 years with 1 x 2-year extension).
