Legal Justification

Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust are extending their current contract for the bulk supply of continence products for up to 20 weeks from 18th September 2021 in accordance with Regulations 32 (5)(b). This extension of up to 20 weeks will allow the Trust to successfully conclude the mini-competition exercise currently underway, including the time to ensure the smooth implementation of the contract once the evaluations have concluded.
