Description

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of QE Facilities Limited, wishes to establish a framework of contractors capable of delivering Civil and Infrastructure schemes within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. The framework will cover, all types Civil and Infrastructure schemes. It is proposed that the term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from November 2021. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. The framework will be split in to 4 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 9 contractors per region, per type of project, per lot. This framework agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all Contracting Authorities as defined in PCR2015, including Charities in the UK.
