Brief Description of Requirement To test a selection of electrical cabling to verify their classification as defined by BS EN 50575:2014/A1:2016 and BS EN 13501-6:2018. The test methods applied should follow those set out in BS EN 50575:2014/A1:2016 as applicable to the samples and should be done following the relevant standards for each test, including any normative/informative reference standards: • BS EN ISO 1716 - Heat of combustion test • BS EN 50399:2011+A1:2016 - Flame spread test and smoke density test (Ladder Test) • BS EN 60332-1-2:2004+A12:2020 - Heat release test • BS EN 61034-1:2005+A2:2020 - Smoke Density test • BS EN 60754-2:2014+A1:2020 - Acidity and conductivity tests Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
