Description

Tendering for a main contractor for the provision of three separate care home facilities. A new build three storey extra care facility, a new build two storey intermediate care facility and the refurbishment of an existing category C listed building to provide a day care facility. The new build facilities to be designed and built to at least Passive House Classic Level certification standard. Associated landscaping and car parking will also be provided. Current budget construction cost is circa 20M GBP.
