Description

The contract will be for the provision of a 24 hour, 365 days a year cover for all servicing and responsive repairs, including emergency and out of hours. The contract will exclude any electrical heating systems and will be subject to performance of the appointed service provider. Please note that the Contracting Authority has previously issued a separate Contract Notice to procure a repairs and maintenance service, including electric heating systems. This included an option for the servicing and maintenance of all other heating systems, both domestic and commercial. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process or to award only a part or parts of any contract.
