Description

Hertfordshire County Council are currently out to tender for the re-procurement of the employee benefits platform (branded Herts Rewards). Herts Rewards is the Council's umbrella brand for its Reward and Wellbeing offering, which is grouped into the following five categories: Core Benefits, Salary Exchange, Shopping Discounts, Local Offers and Wellbeing. Information regarding the offering is hosted on the Herts Rewards benefits e-portal. The Council's current employee benefits platform contract has been in place for over 8 years and currently costs the Council around £25,000 per annum on current utilisation. It is due to expire in May 2022 by which the new contract will subsequently commence (detailed within the tender documentation).
