** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** T1-5978 Red Kite Planned Framework Candidates are advised to note that Red Kite Community Housing will no longer be proceeding with Lot 2 - Windows and Doors: Lot 5 - Electrical Works; Lot 6 - Void Refurbishment and Lot 7 - Responsive Repairs in accordance with clauses 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 of Tender Document 1 whereby Red Kite “reserves the right to amend, add to, omit from, revise or withdraw any part of this procurement during the procurement exercise” and “reserves the right to terminate this procurement exercise at any time”. In accordance with Red Kite’s standing orders and the Public Contract Regulations 2015 there is insufficient competition for Red Kite to proceed on these Lots. In addition, Candidates for Lot 1 are advised to note that the indicative annual value for this Lot may increase as it is anticipated that Windows and Doors, Electrical Works, packaged voids works and packaged repairs works may be delivered through Lot 1.
