Construction • Building new bat house measuring circa 5m by 5m in plan. Demolition • Disconnection of identified services. • Clearance of pre-commencement planning conditions and submission of Section 80 notification. • Removal and disposal of identified vegetation. • Soft strip. • Asbestos removal. • Demolition of existing structures including precautionary method of work associated with bat habitats. • Removal of hard landscaping and footings. • Crushing arisings and removing crushed deposits from site. • Breaking out and grubbing up all redundant services mains, pipes and chambers. Protection of retained services.
