Description
The College are looking to renew their lease vehicles contract via an open tender. The contract is to run for either 3, 4 or 5 years depending upon submitted pricing models. The fleet ranges from cars to minibuses to 4x4 pick ups and includes for the provision of electric vehicles.
Total Quantity or Scope
The lease vehicles contract include 8 cars, up to 11 minibuses, 3 4x4 pick ups, 1 van and up to 7 electric vehicles. The electric vehicles will be instead of some previously listed vehicles. Some of the vehicles, mainly the 4x4 pick ups, will be used on the College farm/s. The full specification can be found within the tender documents. The contract is to run for either 3 years, 4 years or 5 years depending upon the submitted pricing models. The College are looking for the contract to start as soon as all vehicles are available and request the leases for each run parallel to provide easier contract management.
