Also extensions to foster carers homes to provide additional living space fall within the scope of this Lot |

The average project value that will be required is estimated at around £50,000. Highways and Street Lighting (Lots 8 - 13) estimated £250,000 annually. The average project value that will be required is estimated at around £5,000 - £10,000. Energy Measures (Lots 14 - 20) - £5m annually although is variable and dependent on funding acquired. DFG - (Lots 21 - 23) estimated £500,000 annually. The average project value that will be required is estimated at around £30,000 The figures provided are estimates and actual spend through the framework across each Lot may vary.
